Client Obligation

Students studying at Mamre Agriculture and Livestock College shall adhere to the following obligation.

  • Attend classroom and other duties as scheduled
  • Work and study hard in all subjects
  • Seek advice when in problems
  • Pay College fees and other contributions stipulated for the course of study as early as possible.

  • Report in time from the annual holiday.
  • Appear neat and in full uniform.

Academic
  • Provide advices on academic matters in setting examinations.
  • Sets examination dates and holds confidentiality of the examinations.
  • Deals with academic issues arising from the students.
  • Ensures implementation of the curriculum.
  • Advises the principal on disciplinary actions to take on matters arising about academic matters

  • Students representative in disciplinary committee

Library
  • Order books according to essential booklist
  • Receive books and other learning materials and record them in the ledger book.
  • Keep the library update records
  • Handles books and other learning as per regulation.
  • Keep update book and other learning inventories.
  • Ensure the library services are available all the time

Management

  • Supervise and control of ethical conduct of employee.
  • Plan for recruitment and development of the institution and its workers
  • Manage resources, implements priorities, controlling the budget and expenditures and ensure the implementation of regulations and board policies
  • Evaluates all activities done in the institution.
  • Develop plans (long and short term plans) and establish priorities for the college

Finance

  • Prepare payment voucher
  • Collects school fees and other charges
  • Send all collection to the bank
  • Prepare and submit collection report to the college board
  • Prepare monthly cost sharing report and submit to college board.
  • Prepare quarterly account report and submit to the principal
